Westminster Girls Softball is led by a group of dedicated volunteers who work behind the scenes to keep the league running smoothly. Our board members are committed to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels. From organizing teams and managing fields to running fundraisers and ensuring safety, each role plays a vital part in our success.

Leadership Team

Josh Gold - President

Josh oversees the overall direction of the league and works closely with all board members to ensure a positive experience for players, families, and volunteers. He is passionate about building a strong softball community in Westminster.

Leslie Reid – Secretary

Leslie keeps everything organized behind the scenes, from meeting notes to league records, and ensures our communication stays clear and timely.

Jen Young - Vice President

Jen supports league operations and helps coordinate communication between board members, coaches, and families. She is committed to making sure every season runs smoothly from start to finish.

Heather Patrick – Treasurer

Heather manages the league’s finances including budgeting, expenses, and fundraising oversight. She helps keep the program strong and sustainable for years to come.

Program Coordinators

Jessica Bonsall - Rec Coordinator

Jessica organizes all aspects of the Recreational Division including team formation, coach assignments, and season planning. She is a strong supporter of player growth at every level.

Doug Mackin - Travel Coordinator

Doug leads our Travel Division and works closely with coaches and families to provide a competitive, well-structured experience for players looking to take their game to the next level.

Operations & Support

Michele Buchholz - Fundraising Coordinator

Michele organizes fundraisers and sponsorship efforts that support equipment upgrades, field improvements, and player resources.

Terry Cook - Safety Coordinator

Terry ensures that safety is a top priority across all programs by managing protocols, emergency planning, and supporting coaches with health and safety training.

Jen Fitzgerald - Snack Shack Lady

Jen keeps our Snack Shack stocked, staffed, and running smoothly. She makes sure families can enjoy treats while cheering from the sidelines.

Rob Baird - Facilities Manager

Rob manages field maintenance, facility needs, and improvements across our practice and game locations. He keeps our spaces safe, clean, and ready for play.

Jon Bonsall - Grounds Crew

Jon plays a key role in preparing and maintaining our fields for practices and games. From lining fields to handling equipment needs, he helps ensure everything is game-day ready for our players and coaches.

Tony, Nathan, and Kyle support the league in a variety of ways to help the league grow and improve.
